Due to expansion in LATAM, the team of Spectator Colombia is looking for a medior software engineer. From their Colombian office in Manizales (Caldas), the team builds and support the platform for the LATAM region.

A medior software engineer with solid experience in Xamarin / .Net Maui. Since Xamarin will not be supported in 2024 anymore, the total application needs to be transferred to the .Net maui platform.

• Elicit requirements for new features and improvements.
• Design new components and modules, taking privacy by design into account.
• Develop (code) new components.
• Test new features and interaction between components.
• Perform code reviews.
• Keep knowledge up to date.
• Have a good understanding of the client’s needs.

A solid developer who enjoys working in an international environment. Not a 9-5 type of person, but someone who understand what is needed in this business environment.

A communicative developer with good english skills to have good conversations with the development team in the Netherlands.

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Good communication skills, eager to learn and think outside the box
• Able to quickly learn and apply new technologies
• Backend: knowledge of object-oriented programming (preferably C# .NET)
• Frontend: knowledge of cross platform app development framework (preferably Xamarin > Maui)
• Knowledge of entity framework, LINQ, and WCF
• Reporting skills
