What are they looking for?

This is main sales position in Mexico, an important market for DeCeuninck with lots of potential. Due to the current market position in Mexico, we are looking for a real hunter. Therefor, the ideal candidate has a strong business development mindset. 

Coordinate the activities of the sales force, commercial strategy and customer service in order to achieve the positioning of the company and expand the network of PVC window manufacturers.

As Sales Management manager, you are in charge of the sales, technical support and marketing staff.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the necessary activities to achieve external sales goals.
  • Make annual sales forecast and communicate to the planning area to ensure availability of finished product.
  • Define and communicate commercial policies, and ensure compliance with customer service agreements.
  • Ensure that excellent service is provided to customers. Understand their needs and ensure that solutions are provided when there are product or service quality complaints.
  • Promote Deceuninck portfolio products and expand the network of manufacturers nationally and internationally.
  • Establish communication channels to provide clear and reliable information to manufacturers.
  • Promote trust and good relations between Deceuninck and its manufacturers, distributors and strategic allies.
  • Propose strategies to promote the growth and consolidation of customers in the region.
  • Specify projects with builders and designers in which Deceuninck PVC systems are used.
  • Look after Deceuninck's interests and represent the company's corporate values.
  • Follow up and support the network of manufacturers and distributors to ensure that the commercial agreements are fulfilled, and that they follow the technical specifications given by Deceuninck.
  • Ensure that the necessary training is provided to the network of manufacturers with the technical specifications established by Deceuninck.
  • Follow up on after sales claims.
  • Other duties as assigned that are within the scope of the position.

Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years sales and sales management
  • Extensive experience in profiling and windows / door systems
  • Education: Architect, Industrial Designer, Business Administrator, Industrial Engineer, Marketing and Sales and related professions or careers.
  • Track record in Business Development
  • Proven experience in evaluating, supporting and expanding distributor network
  • Good understanding of supply chains and warehouse operations
  • English intermediate, Spanish fluent
